Level 3 Sales/Admin Apprentice
Role Profile
This role is primarily focused on assisting with a variety of admin activities within the sale team. However, there is scope to also get involved in a variety of other activities across the business. You will work for us whilst studying to a relevant level 3 apprenticeship. Training will be provided by us and a specialist training provider. You will spend 20% of your time studying with the training provider and the rest working with us. This role is based in our office in Brightlingsea, Essex.

Sales Support responsibilities include:
Answering customer queries via email, webchat and telephone
Creating simple quotes
Create draft sales proposals for sales team from templates
Market research
Maintaining the sales database (CRM)
Research events
Research leads
Escalating as needed to other members of the team
Spritzmonkey are looking for the candidate to ideally have:
Good computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Organised and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Friendly and approachable
GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grades A*- C / 9-4 or equivalent)
